Nouveau Riche Apparel is a brand under the parent company A S H Brands & Co. We are a wholesale, young contemporary fashion label committed to providing quality and value. To learn more about us, you may read our story here.

We required you to purchase just 3 pieces of a style. You can mix sizes and colors of each style to meet the 3 piece minimum.

You must log into your account first. Once logged in, you will need to add the items of your choice to your cart and submit payment via any of our payment options. If you prefer purchasing via your company’s Purchase Order, you may email your PO to sales@shopnouveauriche.com. Please be sure to include your account’s username. An invoice will be email to you in order to submit electronic payment.

Yes, an account is required to submit your purchase online. Please visit our Become A Member page to get started. If you prefer not to create an account, you may contact our sales team and they will get an account started for you. A sellers permit or resale certificate will still be required. You may email the sales department at sales@shopnouveauriche.com. Once our sales team gets your account created manually, you may email your purchase orders or order online.

No, there is no tax on our wholesale orders. We are a B2B company. This is why resale certificates are required from our buyers.

You may subscribe to our email list where we send weekly emails regarding new promotions and new arrivals. You may also follow us on Instagram @shopnouveauriche where we consistently post flash sales and special offers!

A prepack contains a specific number of items in select sizes. For example, 2 smalls, 2 mediums and 2 larges, the prepack has a total of 6 pieces. 

Nouveau Riche Apparel no longer requires prepacks! Choose the sizes and colors you need for each style.

Preorders are items that are being produced, but are not quite ready to ship. You are given the opportunity to place an order for the item to reserve your inventory ahead of time. Preorders will ship as soon as production is done (dates will be listed on each preorder). Promotional offers may be offered to those who preorder an item.

Become A Member

Visit our Become A Member page and fill out all required information plus attach a copy of your sellers permit/resale certificate. All requests require a copy of your license for approval. Please allow up to 2 business days for approval or a response if additional information is needed.

Yes, we are a B2B company. Our buyers must have a registered and active business to be approved.

An active sellers permit / resale certificate. Documents cannot be expired. Document must show your name and/or business name and tax ID.

International buyers may submit a business license and/or proof of residency such as a passport.

Florida residents must submit their Certificate of Registration, also known as resale certificate. Document must be valid and not expired.

Google drive files are not accepted. If you are registering from an android device, please be sure you are not submitting a file from your Google drive.

We do not accept EINs in place of a resale certificate. A resale certificate is required for approval.

A resale certificate is required for approval. Unfortunately, an EIN alone is not acceptable. If you are unsure of which document is a resale certificate in your state, visit our Become A Member page where you will find a document containing the necessary resale certificate for your state.

Approvals can take up to 2 business days. Generally, if all information is submitted, you can expect to receive approval within 24 hours.

If additional information is needed, processing may be delayed.

This could mean 1 of 2 things. Either, you need to verify your email or respond to the email requesting additional/missing information. We do not receive a request until your email is verified. If you do not see the email verification link in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail.

If you do not see either emails, please contact us at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com so that we can look into it for you.

If you are receiving the “Welcome to the Royal Family” email, that is because you signed up for our email blasts. This is simply for emails and does not create an account to access our website to shop. If you would like to create an account, please register here.

The email containing your username is not an approval. That email is simply record of the username created when signing up. Approvals can take up to 2 business days. You will receive a separate email stating that your account has been approved along with your temporary password.

Placing An Order

We have a small minimum quantity amount of 3 pieces per style. Sizes and colors can be mixed to meet the 3 piece minimum.

Coupon codes can be enter in the shopping cart or at checkout. Coupon codes must be entered before the order is completed.

Once an order is place, our team will immediately begin to process your order.

Once processing is complete, your order will then be shipped to you and tracking information will be emailed to you.

If you prefer, you may send your purchase order to our sales team at sales@shopnouveauriche.com.

You are required to log in to place an order online. You also have the option of sending a purchase order to our sales team at sales@shopnouveauriche.com. Please be sure to include your username. An invoice will be created and sent for payment.

We open our website to the public one time per year during our annual sample sale. Be sure to sign up to be notified of our sample sale here.

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, no changes or cancellations can be made. Any refused or returned packages will be subject to a restock fee of 20%. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order processing timeframe will depend on the order type. See below processing time for the different types of orders.

Immediate Shipping Orders: 1-2 business days plus shipping.

Drop Ship Orders: 1-2 business days plus shipping.

Factory Orders: 9-14 business days plus shipping.

First Time Private Label Orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping.

Back Orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping.

Preorders: About 1 week after preorder date plus shipping.

Samples: 9-14 business days plus shipping.

Bag of Riches: Second week of the month.

Typically, we try to keep things new and fresh by not restocking previous items. Of course, if there is a blow out item, we may consider restocking!

Back order items can take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive. If you need an estimate date of arrival for a specific back order item, please contact our sales team at sales@shopnouveauriche.com.

Shipping Information

Shipping cost is the fee paid to get your order from our warehouse to your destination.

Shipping cost are calculated once your order is ready to be shipped. Cost will depend on order size and your location.

Shipping costs are dependent on package weight, size and ship to location. Shipping will be calculated at check out.

We are now shipping both domestic and international!

For international orders, please be aware you may accrue duty/VAT upon shipping to your country.

We use UPS, DHL, and FedEx. We choose the best shipping options based off not only rates but delivery time to your destination.

Immediate Shipping Orders: 1-2 business days plus shipping.

Drop Ship Orders: 1-2 business days plus shipping.

Factory Orders: 9-14 business days plus shipping.

First Time Private Label Orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping.

Back Orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping.

Yes, we do ship outside the US (with the exclusion of drop shipping).

There may be duty fees collected on your order dependent on your country.

Yes, signature is required for all shipments.

Your order status will change from processing to complete and tracking # will be emailed to you.

All packages require signature. Please check the tracking information to see the name of the person that signed for the package. Be sure to check any offices of your location to check if someone signed on your behalf. Also, check you mailbox/door for door tags. The package may be held at a location near you pending signature.

Order tracking is a software built directly in our website where you can check the status of your order.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Credit, Klarna, AfterPay, and Affirm. Cash is not accepted.

Payment is typically deducted from your bank account immediately. However, this can depend on your bank how quickly they post the charge.

Payments are due at the time of placing your order.

Yes, you have the option of checking out with AfterPay, Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Pay Later.

Yes, we do offer AfterPay.

You may checkout with Affirm if you would like an extended time to pay off your order. Affirm is subject to approval and may require a credit check.

We use third parties to offer all applicants a simple payment plan, but unfortunately, they are not always able to approve every order. Their system assesses every order individually, taking into account your available funds, outstanding orders, and the total cost of the order you’re trying to place. If you’re not approved for any reason, you will be notified right away.

Here are a few reasons you may have been denied:

  • Insufficient funds. Typically, the system checks to make sure you have at least 25% of the total order cost available at the time you place an order.
  • Too new. The longer you use any of our third parties, the better your chances of getting approved.
  • Outstanding balance(s). The amount you owe on previous orders and the number of open orders on your account both impact your chances of being approved. Paying off your outstanding balances can improve your chances of getting approved.
  • Order value. Reducing the total cost of your order, or splitting it into two or three smaller transactions, can improve your chances of getting approved.
  • Payments linked to your account. Adding another debit or credit card to your  account helps the third party to understand your repayment ability, which can help get you approved.

Keep in mind: Just because you’re not approved today, doesn’t mean you won’t be tomorrow. Every order is unique – so keep trying!

  • Make sure you have at least 25% of the total order cost available at the time you place an order.
  • Start out with a small order. After 6 weeks, try increasing your order size. 
  • Pay off your outstanding balances can improve your chances of getting approved.
  • Reduce the total cost of your order, or splitting it into two or three smaller transactions, can improve your chances of getting approved.
  • Add another debit or credit card to your account helps the third party to understand your repayment ability, which can help get you get approved.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

Orders are final sale/non-refundable.

If you receive any defective items, please contact our customer service at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we may resolve the issue.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are sorry to hear you are no longer interested in your purchase. Orders can be changed/cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be altered or cancelled.

Any refused/returned packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We are sorry to hear your sell through rate isn’t as high as anticipated. Unfortunately, all orders are final sale and cannot be returned. You can certainly reach out to our sales team who can help to strategize a marketing plan and figure out reasons why your inventory isn’t moving.

Oh no! We are sorry that you received a defective item. That certainly slipped through our QC department somehow. Please contact customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com to get this resolved.

Refunds are processed same day or next day. Depending on your original form of payment, refunds may not reflect in your account for 3-5 business days.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Private Label

Private label is a service of adding your brand’s name to our product. Instead of having our garment labels, hang tags, etc., they will be replaced with your brand’s name/logo.

Yes! We do offer private label on orders $300+. Please contact our sales team at sales@shopnouveauriche.com for more information.

You have your choice of packaging from the below for your private labeling.

  • Garment Label
  • Hang Tags
  • Branded Stickers
  • Custom Poly Bags – These are the clear poly bags, not poly mailers.

Cost is dependent on your logo. This is a one time fee. Please contact our Sales Team with your logo at sales@shopnouveauriche.com.

First time private label orders generally take about 3 weeks to set up & process plus shipping.

After the the initial set up, private label orders take 9-14 business days.

No, there’s the 1 time private label set up. After that, just meet the $300 minimum order requirement for private label.

Yes, all private label orders must meet the $300 minimum order. The $300 minimum must be the subtotal (merchandise only – not including shipping and packaging fees & after discounts).

Samples can be private labeled for accounts that are already set up for private labeling.

If you are changing logos, colors, business names, etc, yes, you will have to pay to set up the new logo.

Drop Shipping

Drop shipping is a service where we ship out products directly to your customer on your behalf with only your company information visible. Your customers would never know the order came directly from us!

Yes, we do offer drop shipping to buyers in the US. Please visit our services page or contact our sales team at sales@shopnouveauriche.com for more information.

No, you do not have to pay taxes on drop ship orders. These are still purchases with the intent to resale. Therefore, you will not pay taxes to us.

Shipping labels will have your company name, but our address. Our address has to be used for shipping purposes since the order will be shipping from our location.

Drop ship fee is $3 per order.

Drop ship orders are usually processed same business day (before 12pm EST) or next business day.

Shipping time takes 1-6 business days depending where your customer is located.

Yes, you may use our pictures to list the items on your website.

Yes, you may purchase a sample to take your own pictures. You can purchase the sample directly from our drop ship inventory and have the item shipped to you.

Currently, drop shipping is only eligible for US buyers with orders shipping within the US.

Samples

A sample is 1 piece of a specified style to show quality and fit. You may choose your sample size (S, M, or L) when purchasing.

Yes, we do offer samples.

To purchase samples, click the “Request Sample” button on the items you are interested in sampling. You can add as many styles as you would like.

Once you add all the styles you are interest in. Be sure to view your sample request form. Make sure everything looks accurate. Be sure to include preferred sample size and any specific colors in the notes. Then, click submit to send your request to our Sales Team.

Sample fee is $3.

Samples take 9-14 business days to process.

Samples are coming from our private label inventory which is located at our factories. Typical processing time for items coming from our factory is currently 9-14 business days.

If you are already set up for private labeling, yes, you may private label your samples. Please be sure to notation your sample request to have the items private labeled when submitting.

First time private label accounts cannot private label samples during set up.

My Account

You may reset your password 1 of 2 ways.

When logged in: Go to my account > account details. There you can change your password.

When logged out: Click the “forgot password” link on the log in page.

You can view your entire order history as well as download copies of your invoices under my account > orders.

Wishlist is where you can save styles you are interested in but not ready to buy.

To save to your wishlist, simply click the heart icon on the item you are interested in.

You can view your store credit balance under my account > my wallet.

You will see your current balance as well as store credit transaction history.

Bags Of Riches

Bag of Riches is a monthly subscription plan to receive new samples each month in order to try before you buy. Each subscriber will receive 3 samples every month until subscription is canceled.

We are now offering a seasonal Bag of Riches option to receive samples for each season’s new collection.

For as long as you would like! You can give it a try for 1 month or continue on until you can’t take it anymore. You may also skip months. For example, subscribe for the month of May, cancel at the end of the month and sign back up for the month of August. Your choice! Just be sure to unsubscribe on time.

Depends which bag you sign up for. There are 5 different bag types with 3 different sizes each.

Basics Bag – Sizes Small, Medium or Large : Receive samples from our Basics Collection.

Swim Bag – Sizes Small, Medium or Large : Receive samples from our Swim Collection.

Sport Bag – Sizes Small, Medium or Large : Receive samples from our Swim Collection.

RTW Bag – Sizes Small, Medium or Large : Receive samples from our Apparel Collection.

Mixed Bag – Sizes Small, Medium or Large : Receive samples from any of the 4 collections above.

The sizes are the sample sizes, not the size of the bag.

We will know based off of the bag you subscribe to. Also, we ask all of our Bag of Riches members to take a brief survey for us to get familiar with your brand and your customer’s buying style.

This is a monthly subscription. Payments will automatically be deducted at the beginning of each month from your choice of payment when signing up. You may cancel at any time to stop automatic payments.

No sample fee! Just the one flat monthly rate and you will receive your 3 samples.

Shipping is free! You only pay the one flat monthly rate.

Samples are selected at random. You may drop us a “hint” of the samples you would like to receive in your bag. Just keep in mind, hints are not guaranteed. Besides, you may receive some samples that aren’t even on our website yet. You’ll be the first to learn of the new styles.

No worries, you may return some or all samples you do not like within 7 days of delivery to receive store credit. Sample value of each sample will be displayed on the sample tag. Please be sure to keep all tags attached in order for returns to be accepted. Samples must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed and not altered in any way). Credit will be applied to your account once returned samples are received and processed. Credit will not be refunded to original form of payment.

Since the monthly subscription is automatically deducted from your original form of payment, store credit cannot be used to pay for the monthly fee for Bag of Riches. Any store credit received for returned samples may be applied to a future purchase on ShopNouveauRiche.com (excluding Bag of Riches).

We are glad you love your samples! We encourage you to go to that item’s page to purchase inventory to sell to your customers. We are even giving you a Bag of Riches member’s only discount code to save on any style that has been sampled through the Bag of Riches program. Your code is exclusive to you! Each subscriber will have their own member code.

Bags are sent out the second week of each month. Tracking will be provided to you once shipped so that you may track it’s delivery.

You must be subscribed by the 15th of the previous month as we begin to process on the 1st of every month.

Example: Signing up to receive the May sample bag, subscribe by April 15th to receive May’s Bag of Riches

Any member that subscribes after we have processed the currents month’s bags (subscribed after the 1st), will receive their initial bag the next month. Be sure to subscribe in advance if you would like to receive a bag in a specific month.

Example:

Subscribe by April 15th to receive the May Bag of Riches.

Subscribed on May 16th? Receive your first bag in June.

Uh oh! If subscriptions are not canceled before the first of the month, your bag will be processed as normal. Subscription fees for Bag of Riches are non-refundable. However, if you don’t like any of the samples when you receive your bag, you may return the samples for store credit.

We ARE allowing private label on Bag of Riches samples for current private label customers! Just keep in mind, samples will be non-returnable if private labeled.

If you are a first time private label account, you must meet the $300 minimum on an order and get set up prior to private labeling your Bag of Riches samples.

Please fill out the return request form for sample returns. We will issue an RMA for you to return the samples to us. Please be sure to include a copy of your signed RMA in the package when returning.

No worries. If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription will automatically cancel. If you would like to receive a bag the following month, be sure to re-subscribe before the following month’s bags are processed.
