Return Policy

Overview

 

All purchases are final sale, non-returnable.

Received a defective item?:

Please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com within 48 hours of delivery. One of our team members will assist in correcting our mistake of sending defective product. 

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting Customer Service.

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, please contact our Customer Service Team first at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com. All returns must be in new condition (unworn/unaltered) and with original tags and packaging.

Nouveau Riche Apparel will provide a prepaid return label & RMA label for defective items. RMA label must be included with all returns. Once a prepaid return label & RMA is issued, we ask that you send out your return within 7 business days of receiving the prepaid label.

In the event an item needs to be returned outside of defective items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Such returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping + restocking will be deducted from your refund.

We encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Trackable shipping will sure we can keep track of the location of the return.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Credit card companies can see if a refund was issued even before it is shown as posted in your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com.

Sale items

Sale items are also final sale.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com. A RMA label as well as a prepaid shipping label will be issued.

Depending on where you live & availability, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Refused/Return Shipments

 
Refused shipments or shipments return by the shipping carrier for any reason is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees + any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Bag of Riches Returns

 
Samples through our Bag of Riches program is returnable. Samples must be returned within 7 days of delivery in new, unaltered, and unworn condition. All items must have original tags and packaging. A return request must be submitted through the Bag of Riches portal. Store credit will be provided for the equivalent value of the returned sample. Refunds cannot be submitted back to original form of payment due to Bag of Riches being a subscription based program. Store credit cannot be transferred to cash.
