COVID-19 Updates

December 14, 2022: The Covid shutdown in China is slowly being lifted. Our factories will begin to continue processing orders that have been in processing since the shutdown. Although we are closed for the holidays, should any shipments arrive during the holiday closing for orders placed on or before 11/30/22, our warehouse will ship those orders during our holiday closing. Any orders placed after 11/30/22 will ship in January upon our return. For any new orders placed at this time starting 12/14/22, please still anticipate delays while our factories catch up after being closed. We will provide an update once our processing returns to normal.

We appreciate all of your patience during these difficult times. We will continue to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get thing back to somewhat normal.

November 9, 2022: Our factories are closed until further notice due to another COVID-19 shut down in China. This shut down is preventing us from importing any product from China as flights have also been canceled. This will affect all private label orders and any orders coming from our factory. (Pick & Pack, Drop ship and immediate ship are NOT affected.) We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will be sure to keep you updated as we receive additional information.

April 6, 2022: Here we are 2022 and China has issued another shut down due to Covid-19. This shut down has caused importing delays pushing shipments out roughly 1 month. Any orders placed with items coming from our factories, please expect delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping carriers are starting to take even longer than usual. Customs in both US and overseas are now at 1-2 days processing each, totaling 2-4 days for customs alone. Orders are now mainly at the 14 business day mark. Some orders have exceeded 14 business days by 1-2 additional days. Tracking emails are NO longer being sent since most buyers are saying they are not receiving them. You can check your order status under “my account”. If an order is still displaying processing, we are still working on it. Once we have an idea of expected delivery, we will notify you. Note carriers can, and have, change delivery dates. Please expect order processing to be 9-14 business days for factory orders. If we foresee an order exceeding the 14 business days, we will notify you of the delays as soon as we are informed. If for some reason your order passes 14 business days and you have not heard from us, you may reach out to customer service. Please refrain from contacting for updates prior to 14 business days as this helps to eliminate a flood of emails. We will do our best to display updates under your account or email you as soon as possible for any delays. For private label orders, sale reps are individually reaching out to you with continuous updates on your orders so you know when to expect it.

Anyone that has events/launches approaching and have a specific date you need your order by, we encourage you to reach out to the sales department. They will be able to help you determine if it is likely you will receive your order by the given date. Please also be aware of the holiday schedule for any cut offs/closings.

Orders containing FW’20 preorder merchandise will not receive order tracking emails. Preorders are expected to begin shipping 9/23/2020. (Expired)

In light of COVID-19, we would like to proactively provide updates on our business operations to remain as transparent as possible. As of today, we will continue to work from home with communications restricted to email and online chat during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm EST). We are doing our best to respond to emails and chats as quickly as possible. 

For New Registrants: New members will continue to be approved within 24-48 hours given that all required information is provided. If you are unable to upload your document, please email the document to customerservice@shopnouveauriche.com along with the username created. This will help to speed up your approval. Requests without a document are still denied. Anyone waiting on their state to issue their licensing and permits, please refrain from submitting the application until you have all documentation required.

For order placement: We are still accepting and processing orders. Immediate orders will be shipped same day if placed by 12pm EST (Monday-Friday) or next business day if after 12pm EST. Please expect processing delays for factory orders. See below table for current “pandemic” processing times. Shipping carriers have been delayed on getting shipments to us as they are focused on essential shipments first. We will be removing our 5-10 business day processing guarantee on any order placed on or after May 18, 2020. Meaning, orders will not be eligible to cancel if they are not shipped out within 5-10 business days. There will be an email sent out after an order is placed from this point forward to remind you of the delays. Buyers will then have 24 hours to decide if they would like to proceed with processing or cancel for a full refund. If you choose NOT to cancel or do NOT respond, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO CANCEL IF LONGER THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. We will continue to send out updates on order shipments with any information that we have for anyone that places an order. Emails will be sent every 2-3 days with updates until your order has shipped. We are doing our best to move our stock in house for faster shipping time, but our main focus is to ship out current orders.

For Shipping to You: Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as an order ships. Depending on the chosen shipping method you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. Keep in mind that ALL carriers have lifted their guaranteed delivery timeframes. Therefore, your order can take longer than anticipated. Please be sure to keep up with your tracking number for updates. All packages require signature, but some carriers are not enforcing signature to practice social distancing. If you see that a package shows delivered and you did not sign for it, please check your surrounding areas as they may have placed the package in a discreet area.
