Wholesale Shipping and Delivery
Nouveau Riche Apparel ships wholesale clothing and accessories to approved buyers throughout the United States and internationally. Shipping costs, processing times, and delivery estimates depend on the order type, package size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Carriers
We use UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Most domestic orders are shipped through UPS. International orders may ship through UPS, FedEx, or DHL based on the available rate and estimated delivery time for the destination.
Order Processing Times
Processing time is the amount of time required to prepare an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Estimated processing times include:
• Pick and Pack and immediate-shipping orders: 1 to 2 business days
• Drop Ship 1 orders: Same or next business day, generally within 1 to 2 business days
• Private-label inventory: 9 to 14 business days
• First-time private-label setup: Up to 21 business days
• Backordered products: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks
• Preorders: Based on the estimated date shown on the product page
• Samples: 9 to 14 business days
• Bag of Riches subscriptions: Shipped during the second week of the applicable month
Processing times do not include carrier transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most domestic shipments arrive within approximately one to six business days after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping service, destination, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside Nouveau Riche Apparel’s control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the package weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and selected carrier service.
Available shipping costs are calculated during checkout when possible. Orders requiring a separate shipping calculation will be invoiced before shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is available.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the Nouveau Riche product or shipping price unless specifically stated.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required for all shipments. Review your tracking information and make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is emailed after an order has shipped. Registered buyers may also review order information through their Nouveau Riche account.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the signature details, building office, mailroom, reception area, and any carrier delivery notices before contacting customer service.
