The Nouveau Riche Apparel Drop Ship 1 Program gives US-based wholesale buyers access to designated drop-ship inventory that can be listed on their own websites. When your customer places an order with your boutique, you purchase the item from Nouveau Riche and enter your customer’s address as the shipping destination.
We prepare and ship the order directly to your customer, allowing you to focus on marketing, selling, and growing your boutique.
How Drop Ship 1 Works
Select products from the designated Nouveau Riche drop-ship inventory.
Add the products to your boutique’s website using the approved product information and images.
Your customer places an order through your website.
You purchase the ordered product from Nouveau Riche Apparel and use your customer’s address as the shipping address.
We prepare and ship the order directly to your customer.
Drop Ship 1 orders generally ship the same business day or the next business day.
Use Our Product Images or Create Your Own
Approved Drop Ship 1 buyers may use the product images provided for items in our drop-ship inventory.
You may also purchase samples if you prefer to create original product photography, videos, or social media content for your boutique.
Your Customer Remains Your Customer
Nouveau Riche Apparel works directly with you and will not contact or market to your customers.
Shipping labels can display your boutique’s name instead of the Nouveau Riche Apparel name. We can also include your branded packing slip or return policy when the required materials are provided.
Garment Labels and Private Labeling
Products available through Drop Ship 1 retain their existing Nouveau Riche Apparel garment labels. Drop Ship 1 inventory cannot be private labeled.
Boutiques that want private-labeled products, additional inventory options, or inventory storage and fulfillment should consider the Drop Ship 2 Program.
Returns and Customer Service
Your boutique remains responsible for communicating with customers and managing its return policy under Drop Ship 1.
Returned products should be sent according to the return instructions provided by your boutique. Nouveau Riche Apparel does not process your customers’ returns through this program.
